Invitation of 2025 TCCS Annual General Meeting 台加會員大會開會通知

As a member of TCCS, you are cordially invited to attend the Annual General Meeting.

Time: 2:00PM, Sunday, March 30, 2025
Place:  Taiwanese Cultural Centre (8853 Selkirk Street, Vancouver, BC)

Please join us at the Annual General Meeting to learn about TCCS's recent developments, near-term plans, and prospects for the future. Since its inception, TCCS has grown strongly with the efforts and contributions of all members. When TCCS is facing the succession of generations and deep cultivation and sustainability, it needs the continuous care, participation, and support of all members. The AGM only accepts provisional motions submitted in writing. Please submit it in writing 10 days before the meeting.

內 容：本年度會員大會將依例舉行各項工作報告、財務報告、提案討論、理事選舉。

投票資格：凡加入台加會員2個月以上，並持有有效會員資格者。

誠摯地邀請台加文化協會會員，參加今年度的會員大會，一起來了解台加過去一年的現況發展，同時一起來關心台加的近期計劃與對未來的展望。台加自成立、成長至今天，無不是全體會員的努力與貢獻。台加在面對世代接替與深耕永續的此時，更是需要所有會員的持續關心、參與、支持。為順利進行議程，大會只接受書面提送之臨時動議，若您有提案，請於會議十日前，以書面提出。若您確定出席，請於3月20日前致電 604-267-0901 或電郵 info@tccsvancouver.ca 登記，俾便會場座位安排及準備茶點，謝謝！期待3月30日見!
